No matter if I am tired or don’t feel like going to the gym or for a run, I end up going and always very happy that I did.

I have goals of what I would like to do, and that is generally enough motivation for me to go and do a workout.

The endorphins after the session, no matter how long or short, are worth it.

So, set goals for yourself and work towards them. No matter if the goal is to get fitter, faster, or leaner.

You are the only one standing between you and your goals.
