45 Minute Challenge

Today, I attempted a 45-minute challenge, which consisted of 1km rowing, 1km run, and 25 burpees. I had 45 minutes to complete 4 rounds.

Unfortunately, by the time hit 43 minutes and 20 seconds, I only completed 3 rounds.

This is such a difficult thing for me as I am very competitive with myself and and way to hard on myself.

My amazing husband always reminds me that I came so far already and managed to do so much, that I will complete this and that I need to give it time.

He is so amazing!

I need to keep training and retry this challenge until I finish the challenge within 45 minutes or faster.
