I started off today’s session with the following:
- 5 minute walk on the treadmill
- Speed was 5.5 kmph and elevation 5.5

- 3 Sets of Deadlifts
- Set one – 70 kg x 10
- Set two – 90 kg x 10
- Set three – 90 kg x 10
- Next Goal is 100 kg
- 3 Sets of 10 Pull-Ups
- I was only able to do this a month ago. My personal trainer is working on a challenge where he wants me to do 100 Pull-Ups…so I do need to shape up and get myself ready!

The 25 Minute Challenge that I created for myself today was the following:
- Set one
- 25 Wall Ball Throws
- 25 Box Jumps
- Set two
- 25 Wall Ball Throws
- 25 Box Jumps
- Set three
- 25 Wall Ball Throws
- 25 Box Jumps
- Set four
- 25 Wall Ball Throws
- 25 Box Jumps with 25 burpees

I completed the challenge in 22 minutes and 16 seconds
The next goal is to do this challenge in under 20 minutes and then in under 15 minutes.

I ended my session off with 4 sets on the rings, one of my favorites.
- 2 Sets
- Pull-Ups x 10
- Hanging Crunches x 10
- Hanging Leg Raises x 10

I am a big believer in setting goals for yourself and working towards them. You might not be able to complete the goal the first time, but with time and patience, you will be able to complete anything you set your mind to.
