Yesterday, I felt stuck. It was one of those days where even the simplest tasks felt heavy, almost like my body wouldn’t cooperate. I felt limited, mentally and physically—a total contrast to how I wanted to feel.
But today? Today, I decided to redefine my limits.

This morning, I laced up my shoes and went for a run, fully expecting that feeling of restriction to follow me. But it didn’t. With every step, I felt stronger. I wasn’t restricted; I was running towards my potential.
It was a powerful reminder: yesterday’s roadblocks don’t define today’s journey. Feeling completely fine today after feeling so stuck yesterday is the best kind of progress. This Freedom Day, I’m celebrating the simple, undeniable joy of movement and the resilience of showing up, especially when it feels the hardest.
