Today’s gym session was nothing short of fantastic—energized, powerful, and full of progress.
- Leg Extenders: Three sets, starting at 40kg and adding 5kg each time. Funny enough, I used to despise this machine, but now I’m hooked—the transformation in my thighs feels magical.

- Glutes: One set at 50kg, sticking to my former trainer’s mantra of “50 for 50.” It’s tough, but the burn is worth it.

- Ski-Erg: My favorite! 1000m (56 calories) in 3 minutes and 46 seconds. Each session I shave off time, aiming for 3:20 by the Hyrox challenge later this year.

- Lats: Six sets total—three with palms outward, three inward. Started at 30kg and increased by 5kg each set. The pump was incredible.

- Core (GHD Machine): Two sets of 25 extended crunches. This machine never fails to leave me feeling like my abs are on fire, but the strength it builds is unmatched.

I walked out of the gym feeling unstoppable. Every rep, every drop of sweat, is a step closer to the athlete I want to be.
“Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.”
