Abs on Fire, Arms Pumped: My Full-Body Blast

Today’s workout was exceptional—a full-body grind with a sharp focus on abs and arms.

I started with a 500m treadmill run to warm up, then dove straight into strength and endurance:

  • Dumbbell Bench Presses: 3 sets of 12 reps
  • Devil’s Press: 2 sets of 25 reps
  • Burpees: 30 reps (sweat guaranteed!)
  • Squats: 3 sets of 10 with 12.5kg
  • Mountain Climbers: 2 sets of 25
  • Crunches: 2 sets of 25
  • Leg Raises: 2 sets of 25
  • Push-Ups: 4 sets of 10
  • Bicep Curls: 3 sets of 10 with 12.5kg
  • Dumbbell Flys: 3 sets of 10 with 12.5kg
  • Heel Touches + Leg Raises: 2 sets of 25

By the end, my abs were crying, arms were pumped, veins visible, and my V-line is shaping up beautifully. Breaking a sweat is an understatement—I finished this entire routine in under 40 minutes, which makes me proud of the pace and intensity.

This session reminded me that dedication and commitment are the true keys to transformation. Start small, build up, and the results will amaze you.
