This afternoon, I walked into the gym for the last time as a 36-year-old.
Tomorrow, I turn 37. And let me tell you something:
Age is a number.
Excuses are a choice.
For years, I’ve refused to let a calendar dictate what I’m capable of. I’ve pushed my body past limits I once believed were permanent. I’ve trained on the days I was tired. I’ve shown up on the days I didn’t feel motivated. I’ve committed when quitting would’ve been easier.

Results don’t care about your age. They care about your discipline. Your body will respond when your mind decides. Your life will shift when your standards rise.
We are so quick to say:
“I’m too old.”
“It’s too late.”
“I should have started sooner.”
But the only thing standing between you and the next version of yourself…
is the story you keep repeating.

If you set your mind to it, you can accomplish more than you think. Your mind is stronger than your doubt.
Stronger than your fear. Stronger than your comfort zone.
Tomorrow I turn 37 — and I’m not slowing down. I’m leveling up.
If you’re waiting for permission to start, this is it.

Don’t use your age as an excuse.
Use it as fuel.
